Sign up online and connect your existing records. No manual entry needed. MyLifeID works with more than 7,600 health systems across the U.S., plus Medicare. Most of your digital health record history comes in through your patient portal login or a simple document upload. Anything else, you can add yourself.

Your Data - Organized and Verified
Once your records are in, our AI reviews them for you. It flags anything missing, incomplete, or incorrect. Your record also gets a completeness score, based on things like blood type, vaccines, allergies, and lab results. An audit trail shows where each piece of data came from, so you always know it’s accurate.

Access It Anywhere
Switching doctors? Need out-of-network care? Traveling abroad? Your full health history is ready on any web or mobile browser, wherever you are. Records show up in your own language, and can be translated into others. No software to install. Just log in, and it’s there.

Emergency Access When It Matters
Every account comes with a wallet-sized card that fits in your wallet. In an emergency, first responders can scan the QR code for instant access to your digital health record including critical information — blood type, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts. No password needed. You can also give ongoing access to a spouse, partner, or loved one, so the people who matter most are never locked out.

Need to hand your history to a new doctor or hospital? Share your digital health record straight from your account. No paper files, no phone calls to old providers. Import and export tools let you exchange data with other health systems, so you never have to type it all in twice.
